Product Description:

The 3010 portable total hydrocarbon/methane/non methane total hydrocarbon analyzer is designed using a heated flame ionization detector (HFID) combined with a high-temperature catalytic module. It is a classic method for measuring volatile organic compounds (THC, VOC, TOC, NMHC). The equipment is suitable for detecting volatile organic pollutants in various industrial environments and fixed source exhaust gases. It can be widely used for fixed source emissions, thermal reactor emissions, combustion device emissions, volatile organic solvent leakage, automobile exhaust emissions, environmental air detection, and medical industry pollution exhaust gas detection needs. The detector has a very good response to hydrocarbons, alcohols, lipids, ketones, and aromatic compounds. The analyzer performs high-temperature sampling, high-temperature filtration, and high-temperature rapid analysis throughout the entire process, which can quickly and non destructively detect the tested sample gas. It can effectively prevent condensation loss of high molecular weight volatile organic compounds and hot and humid sample gases during the detection process.

Main features:

★ Detection method: catalytic oxidation+dual FID, no need to switch between total hydrocarbon/methane measurements.

★ By combining high-precision EPC control unit and circular quantitative loop technology, the flow rates of hydrogen, combustion air, and sample gas are accurately controlled.

★ Fuel gas is supplied and carried safely, and can be pure hydrogen fuel, hydrogen helium mixed fuel, or solid hydrogen fuel.

★ Fully automated control (automatic heating, automatic ignition, automatic calibration, etc.), with a maximum heating temperature of 200 ℃ throughout the entire process.
★ It has the functions of automatic recording and storage of data files, historical data query, reprocessing and printing, displaying and setting system time and time tags, as well as report and reporting functions.
